This section contains files that work in conjunction with or enhance our software packages such as custom permission slips, support files and files that you give you the ability to export your reports to more formats.

Custom Reports for G-Scoutmate
The reports below are only for people using G-Scoutmate version 5.xx

The custom reports below replace the default report files that come with G-Scoutmate. Save any file that you download to your G-Scoutmate folder (probably c:\program files\gscout). Overwrite the file that is currently there.

Report Export Files
These files are only for people using G-Scoutmate v5.xx or Scoutmate v5.xx. Version 6 of both programs already include each of the files below.

These files will allow you to export your reports to various formats. Your software came with the files to export to the Rich Text and Text formats. To download to one of the formats below, click on the appropriate file(s) and save them to your C:\WINDOWS\CRYSTAL directory (or the "Crystal" directory under the folder that you store your Windows files). The Crystal directory will already exist. The only exception is for the HTML export files. Please see that entry for more information.

To export your reports, you need to click on the "export" button. When you print a report, the print preview window appears. On that window, you will see a button that contanis an envelope with a red arrow in it. Click on that button to export your report.
