G-Scoutmate: Council Permission Slips

Permission Slips

Check the Version of G-Scoutmate that You are running
Make sure you're running G-Scoutmate version 6.07 or higher. You can view the version you're running by going to "Help" and "About G-Scoutmate" from the main menu. To update to the latest version, click on "Utilities" and "Check for Updates" from your G-Scoutmate main menu, or go to the Software Updates section.

Council Permission Slips for G-Scoutmate
To add your council's permission slip to G-Scoutmate, do the following:

Download the permission slip for the desired council by clicking on the council name.
Save the file to your G-Scoutmate folder (probably C:\Program Files\Gscoutmate60).
If there is a "Custom Permission Slip Fields file" link under the permission slip, right click on it, and select "Save As". Save it in your G-Scoutmate folder. G-Scoutmate uses this file to display the additional field names on the "For Custom Permission Slips" tab in the permission slip area.
Go into G-Scoutmate and select (from the main menu) "File" and "Preferences".
Next to "Permission Slip Report File", click on the "SF" button.
Double-click on the permission slip report file for your council.
Click on "Save".

If your council requires the use of their slip and they are not on the above list and they will NOT be merging with another council within the next year, let us know and we will create the slip.
